◆ East China provides high-voltage power distribution cabinets, low-voltage power distribution cabinets, automatic control PLC cabinets, upper computer software and hardware for central control, large-screen displays, instrument control boxes, plant lighting, video monitoring, cable trays, electrical construction wiring and system debugging, providing one-stop procurement and turnkey projects.
◆ The general process flow chart and single-unit process diagram displayed in 3D animation have intuitive and friendly interfaces, which will not cause aesthetic fatigue when facing the large screen for a long time, and are easy for operators to understand, effectively avoiding human misoperation.
◆ The high-voltage background and low-voltage background are combined into one, and the monitoring of relevant data can be realized in the central control room.
◆ The whole plant automation system is divided into local and remote modes. Local mode: manual mode, controlled by the manual-automatic knob on the on-site control box. In manual mode, start and stop are realized by the control box. Remote mode: controlled by the upper computer in the central control room. The upper computer has the functions of soft manual and fully automatic control. Soft manual is operated manually by the duty personnel on the upper computer, and fully automatic mode is completed automatically by the PLC according to the process requirements to realize unattended operation.
